Shipping & returns


UPS & FedEx are preferred shippers.  All orders are sent FOB St. Louis.  You may request expedited shipping at an additional charge.  Orders are shipped fully insured.  Consignee billed shipping is available.  Please contact us at 314-231-7494 or via email at for information and to provide your shipping account.  Other shipping carriers are available at additional charge.  Drop-ship and blind-shipping is available.  


Authorized returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days after Customer's receipt of merchandise.  All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a RGA.  Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Seller's error.  Ee Dee Trim Co., Inc. is not responsible for lost shipments on items being returned.  Ee Dee Trim Co., Inc. will cover the shipping costs for exchanged items to the Customer only when the exchange is due to our error.  To obtain RGA, please email  


Ee Dee Trim Co., Inc. accepts returns on items that were sent in error or are defective.  All claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of order.  Please email for return information.  All returns require RGA.  Under no circumstances will Seller accept claims or returns of merchandise which has been altered, laundered, or modified in any manner.  Upon receipt and review of returned items, credit will be issued or replacement goods shipped.
